With more than 20+ years of experience as a construction industry executive, primarily with an industry leading company, and a project resume approaching nearly 1B in value., Tom has a demonstrated history of successful leadership. In his role as Vice President, Tom is responsible for the day to day management of all operational aspects for every project including Constructability Analyses, Contract Management, Process Scheduling, and High Level Programmatic oversight. With strong roots in engineering and extensive experience in the Chicago construction market, Tom’s expertise in both new construction and large-scale renovation projects across hospitality, residential, aviation, and public sectors make him an invaluable asset to the Global Builders Team.
