Barry is a nationally recognized Sr. Construction Executive, with expertise in all aspects of construction project management. Focus on the administration of large, complex, and demanding / commercial, residential and municipal projects, Barry has a proven record of working to solve construction problems by managing the budget and controlling the schedule. With 30+ years of expertise in the construction industry nationwide, Barry provides extensive experience managing construction projects where the design requires high-end MEP systems and coordinating work with multiple layers of stake holders. Barry has a strong history of working in Chicago, Illinois with an in depth understanding of the construction and regulatory community of the Chicago area.

Notable Projects;

  • New Construction of Prairie House @ Central Station, located at 1515 S. Prairie were residential condominiums, in a (15) story high - rise (258,765 S.F.)

  • Montgomery Ward’s Export Center; a renovation program for an existing warehouse with 2,400,000 sq. ft. This mixed-use facility is comprised of 6-floors of Telecom office spaces and 5-floors of 293-unit residential condominiums.

  • New construction of a mixed-use facility consisting of two levels of retail and two levels of AMC Movie Theatres, 15-story Embassy Suites Hotel with 455 suites, and a 56-story residential condominium tower of 620 units.

  • New construction of Erie Tower, a twenty-four (24) story residential tower containing 126 residential apartments and 6-levels of supported deck parking, with first floor retail.

  • Erie Lofts was a renovation of a 6-story loft building converted to 111 residential units.

  • New Construction of 401 E. Ontario Street, Chicago, IL: (52) story luxury high-rise apartment project with (406) residential units, approximately (6,100) S.F. of retail space on the 1st floor and supported deck parking for approximately (360) cars

  • New Construction of The Sporting Club at 211 North Stetson Street, Chicago, IL: (7) story Health Club facility
